Objective

A leading consulting firm, on behalf of an automotive company, wanted to gain comprehensive insights into the challenges and opportunities of vehicle distribution and retailing in Europe, mainly focusing on France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. The client aimed to conduct detailed discussions with senior sales professionals, including sales directors, regional sales managers, and area sales managers, at specific auto/vehicle retailers in Europe.

Approach
