Approach
- Liquid Sample suggested using mixed-mode qualitative and quantitative research approaches. We conducted 25 in-depth interviews and 250 telephonic interviews amongst IT business leaders and senior executives from various industries.
Results
- The research provided the client with insights into bid evaluation processes, stakeholder priorities, reseller selection parameters, current pain points, and brand equity of the client and competitors.
- The insights generated from this research helped the client accurately strategize their marketing and branding plan, addressing identified need gaps.
