A large agency reached out to us on behalf of their client, who wanted to provide information and analysis to business decision-makers on what’s required to succeed in today’s complex market landscape amid global uncertainty.
Challenge
The client wanted to interview senior executives and decision-makers to provide them with information and analysis about global industry trends, navigating the path ahead, future growth opportunities, and the peer response to the pandemic.
Approach
- Liquid Sample conducted 500 in-depth qualitative interviews amongst senior executives and decision makers across Southeast Asia and APAC countries to understand their shift in priorities, top concerns and challenges, attitudes towards business travel, and brand perceptions.
Results
- The client gained detailed insights on how decision makers' priorities evolved during these critical times, industry expectations and growth trends, tracking changes in attitudes and behaviors of business leaders, and strategies adopted to react to the changing situations in times of global uncertainties.
